16 bazilija lapiņu,
1/2 gl. olīveļļas (extra virgine),
sula no viena citrona,
1 ēdakarote sīki sasmalcinātu bazilija zaļumu,
sāls,
pipari,
šķipsniņa chili,
salāta lapas dekorēšanai,
melnās olīves bez kauliņiem.
Olīveļļu samaisa ar citrona sulu, pievieno sasmalcināto baziliju, sāli, piparus, chili. Ar pagatavoto mērci pārlej, uz šķīvja izliktās, mozzarellas šķēlītes. Uz stundu liek ledusskapī.
